Tim May has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has served the southeast Michigan community as a construction manager and custom home builder.

After receiving his construction management degree, he spent 10 years working in Saint Clair County as the Construction Director for Blue Water Habitat for Humanity and an Operations Supervisor for the County of Saint Clair. In that time, he implemented sustainable building practices to Habitat for Humanity construction projects, brought one of the first residential LEED certified homes to Saint Clair County, and was a key team member assisting with historical renovations to the Fort Gratiot lighthouse park and its buildings.
